Tariff Details:

1.40+tax/Minute will be charged to call any Zong prepaid or postpaid number in Pakistan.
1.40+tax/Minute will be charged to call any local network’s prepaid or postpaid number in Pakistan.
Rs. 0.50+tax/ SMS will be charged to send SMS to any on-net or off-net network’s prepaid or postpaid number in Pakistan.
Rs. 1.00 /MB will be charged to use Zong postpaid 2G/3G/4G mobile internet data.

Security Deposit:

For Nationwide Dialing, Rs. 1000 will b charged as minimum security deposit.

2. Zong Z500 Postpaid Call Package:

Line-Rent:

500+tax/Month will be deducted as line-rent.

Free Resources:

1500 free on-net minutes will be given to call any Zong prepaid or postpaid number in Pakistan.
250 free off-net minutes will be given to call any local network’s prepaid or postpaid number in Pakistan.
1000 free SMS are also given that can be sent to all networks in Pakistan.
2000 MBs of free 2G/3G mobile internet data is given.

1.25+tax/Minute will be charged to call any Zong prepaid or postpaid number in Pakistan.

Rs. 0.50+tax/ SMS will be charged to send SMS to any on-net or off-net network’s prepaid or postpaid number in Pakistan.

1.20+tax/Minute will be charged to call any local network’s prepaid or postpaid number in Pakistan.
Rs. 0.50+tax/ SMS will be charged to send SMS to any on-net or off-net network’s prepaid or postpaid number in Pakistan.
Rs. 1.00 /MB will be charged to use Zong postpaid 2G/3G/4G mobile internet data.

Security Deposit:

For Nationwide Dialing, Rs. 3000 will b charged as minimum security deposit.

The following features will be available to all Zong postpaid customers in Pakistan, if they subscribe to any of the above Zong default call package plans:

Zero call set-up charges on each & every call
Bill notification via SMS
Itemized Bill by Email absolutely free of charges
Pro-ration in the 1^st Billing Cycle of Line Rent as well as Free benefits
Free notifications regarding credit limit
5% enhancement in the credit limit

Terms & Conditions:

The benefits of the above Zong call packages will be applicable for Six Bill cycles.
Customer will not get any discount on new tariff, if he/she changes the package plan within the billing cycle period.
Subscribers can call 310 Zong Helpline or visit the nearest Customer Service Center / Franchise for the activation and further details of Zong packages.
On consumption of 90% Credit Limit, Zong sends a notification SMS to the customer. At this instant, customer can enhance the credit limit by 5% in just Rs. 5.00+tax. The increased Limit would be deducted from our next billing cycle.
To get your current monthly credit limit, please send SMS “CL” to 567. An SMS for the Credit Limit (which is equal to the initial security deposit) will be also be received by the customer on the activation of package plan.
To enhance credit limit, please visit the nearest Zong Customer Service Center or Franchise or recharge via Miniload, online or by scratch card and call 310 to request increase. A notification SMS will be sent regarding any change in credit limit.
You can check free incentives of free minutes, SMS and mobile internet buy sending SMS ‘BL’ to 567. Current Bill and Advance Payment (If Any) will also be notified to the customer.
Simply send EBSUB<space> your complete email address to 3100 to receive your bill for Free by email. Send SMS “EAC<space>New Email Address” to 3100 if you want to change the email address.
Simply Dial *102# and follow the instructions or send SMS BL to 567 find out about the available Free Minutes, SMS and Mobile Internet.
No Extra Voice, SMS or Data Charges are applied to Zong postpaid.
Two (2) billing cycles starting from 1-30/31st or 16-15th of the month are available on Zong postpaid network. Line rent will be charged on full for 1^st
