Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has collaborated with United Bank Limited (UBL) to officially introduce an online bill payment service in Pakistan. With PTCL-UBL online bill payment service, all customers of PTCL will be able to recharge prepaid services as well as pay bills online through credit and debit cards.
On the basis of UBL’s internet based cutting-edge payment system, PTCL-UBL online bill payment service is launched. It is an easy, secure and efficient method by which all PTCL customers can make payments of their monthly broadband & telephone bills. Furthermore, PTCL customers can also recharge PTCL EVO prepaid account with this service. Not only this, the accounts of PTCL customers can automatically be restored using this facility.
With this partner shipping of UBL and PTCL, supreme expediency will be given to UBL cardholders regarding PTCL prepaid and postpaid bill payment options through PTCL official website. The most highlighted point is that, apart from UBL cardholders, any VISA/MasterCard Debit or Credit cardholder can also avail these services.
A contact signing ceremony was held at PTCL Headquarters in Islamabad where Mohamed Essa Al-Taheri (EVP Cost & Credit Management, PTCL) & Syed Taha Afzal (Head of Consumer Finance, UBL) signed to the agreement. The Chief Financial Officer at PTCL, Mr. Muhammad Nehmatullah, & other leading officials from both the associations also attended this ceremony.
