Recently, Ufone announced the availability of additional social media pack on its Ufone super card plus, Ufone super card and Ufone mini super card. Unfortunately, the newly added social media pack has been taken down by the company from its super card offers. So all Ufone prepaid super card users beware now as they would not get 1200 free MBs for social media websites including Facebook, Whatsapp (text only), Line and Twitter usage. Ufone stated on its official website that Ufone is taking back the social media pack that it was offering with Ufone Super and Mini cards.
Furthermore, other free resources of minutes, SMS and 2G/3G data will be available same as before. Just the additional social media pack will be taken back from 28th of June, 2016. If the customer uses any social media website, it will be deducted from the MBs available on Ufone super and mini card offers.
As per the statement on Ufone official website,
Effective from 28th June 2016; for Facebook, Whatsapp, Line & Twitter, additional 500 MBs Mobile Internet in Mini Super Card, 1000 MBs Mobile Internet in Super Card and 1200 MB Mobile Internet in Super Card Plus will no longer be part of the offers. However, all other resources will continue to be available in the Super Card.
Ufone further says that this initiative has taken for the enhancement of quality and better user experience. From 28th June 2016 onwards, available resources on Ufone super card and Ufone mini super card will be as following.
