Zong to Commercially Launch its 3G Services Tomorrow



Zong is all ready to launch its 3G services in all over Pakistan on commercial scale tomorrow. Without a massive free-trial for users that was done by other telecom operators of Pakistan, Zong decided to go for a commercial launch. Though it was stated that a limited free 3G trial by Zong is offered in Lahore but any independent confirmations were not received about it.

For the 3G trial from Zong in Lahore, Some 351 Zong customers were selected. It was done so as to record their feedback on free 3G trial by Zong that will be considered for the commercial launch

According to Simspk sources, tomorrow evening, Zong is planning to organize a launch ceremony at its headquarters. The commercial launch of Zong 3G network in Pakistan will be marked in the launch ceremony.

From second day of the launch i.e. By coming Friday, Zong will start offering 3G services in Lahore and Karachi. 3G services from Zong in Islamabad will likely to start within a week after the commercial launch of Zong 3G services. It is revealed by a source. With time, other cities of Pakistan will be added in the coverage are of Zong 3G services naturally.

The officials of Zong are very much excited about the launch of Zong 3g services in Pakistan. They told us that user experience on Zong 3G network will beat competition. According to a report, HSPA+ for 3G service is being deployed by Zong that is able of presenting 42Mbps theoretical speeds for end users.

Ufone and Telenor have launched their 3G services in Pakistan some days ago. After the launch of 3G services by Zong, Mobilink will be the single operator that has not commercially launched its 3G services.

Zong users are anxiously waiting for the launch of 3G services by Zong. Considering the other package plans by Zong, it is also expected that Zong will offer low rat 3G packages for its customers.
